Out of Bounds is a small town located on Bald Peak overlooking the Chehalem Valley and minutes from wineries. Located in a wooded environment and not far from the city. It is enough to feel the atmosphere of nature and the care of the fresh air. We are located in the city of Hillsboro, Yamhill County in a gated community. You wouldn't hear much except birds or coyotes in the evening. It really feels like an escape. See also OTHER THINGS TO NOTE 👇 Our property consists of log cabins that we call home. On the other side of the property is the exterior. Surrounded by Douglas fir trees, you will feel part of nature. The tiny house allows you to experience the comfort of a clean and comfortable indoor space in the woods. Out of Bounds has the comforts of home in its 150 square feet of space. It offers a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a queen bed on the mezzanine which is accessed by the stairs. There is a welcoming seating area as you enter with a folding table that can be used for dining or work. All decorated with a modern cottage feel, bright crisp sheets and even an electric heater that looks like a fireplace. Outside we created an outdoor seating area with a fire pit, lights and a table to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer. You get the picture. Included for your enjoyment is a separate indoor/outdoor space that you can walk into. It's built mostly with windows and has a gas fire pit for you to relax in. Enjoy this space and drink, read or play a board game. Guest access There is an additional structure inside outside with a seating area and gas fire pit. The property has a private path which you can access by entering the outside area behind the small one. You can also use the main roads for walking. You have access to a separate indoor/outdoor greenhouse with a gas fire pit and a sitting area and daybed. We offer one free pack of wood per night. After that, it costs $5 per pack. City Buys $3 Million Dollar Parcel On West Edge Of Town

Lourdes' place was a relaxing and peaceful respite for us. Another little Oregon pocket that I'm glad I discovered. We really enjoyed the hot tub even in the fog. There are many mental aids inside and outside.

Very cool place! It is a small house, so be aware that you will be in a small space with no air conditioning. However, the bed was comfortable and there is running water, electricity, etc. The gardens are what make this place great. Lots of great lounge areas, disc golf course, campfire options, soak in Jacuzzi...oh, and the hosts will cook for you! We got the pizza and it was amazing!

What a great place! Beautiful property with fire pits, lots of seating, small meadow and pond, but a cozy, fun and beautiful setting. The little cabin was adorable and had all the amenities. A glamping dream! Highly recommended!!!

A perfect space in the forest, pleasant and relaxing. Every detail has been well thought out, and it's clear they love offering people this lovely little retreat. The outdoor cedar wood jacuzzi overlooking the gardens was just amazing. Plan to return.

Hillsborough River State Park

Sweet place! Loved the glam of this small town shower, toilet, electrical sockets by the bed, kitchen appliances, efficient heater. It was a spacious and quiet land and the fire in the greenhouse was very beautiful. Lots of well thought out seating areas, and as others have mentioned Lourdes has great attention to detail. I would recommend making sure you are comfortable not only climbing a ladder, but also climbing from the ladder to the loft, and also making sure you are comfortable with low headroom. I don't think it would stop me from renting this great spot, but it's worth noting. The hot tub was worth the extra rent.

This was a fun and unique stay! Lourdes really thought of every detail. The little house was clean, welcoming and very cute. Outside is the fire pit, grill, greenhouse, and hot tub, all within easy walking distance. We had a lot of fun at this festival and we look forward to coming back!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday and had a wonderful time. The attention to detail and all the little touches the hosts put into your stay is amazing. The property is beautiful and quiet. It is the perfect restart of everyday life. We did the movie and the cedar tub and I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. The hosts were amazing. Friendly, kind and helpful!!

It's hard to say what the best feature of Out of Bounds: Tiny in the Trees is. It could be a tiny house itself, or the fully equipped cooking, fire and socializing area behind it. It could be an outdoor entertainment area or the Glass House. It could be the beautiful views and walks, or the animals, including a barred owl that we were able to walk within a few feet of. Really, just as beautiful and amazing as all that other stuff is, I think the best aspect of Out of Bounds: Tiny in the Trees is Lourdes' amazing attention to detail and sense of design. Every inch of the spacious guest area is packed with things to discover and enjoy. I won't spoil the surprise by listing any of them. That being said, when you stay at Out of Bounds: Tiny in the Trees, be sure to fully explore the property and trails.
