Colt Snake Gun - The Colt Anaconda is a large-frame double-action revolver designed and manufactured by Colts Manufacturing Company in 1990 with a full LGH barrel ejection rod lug and a six-round cylinder. Firing powerful .44 Magnum and .45 Colt Sitter ammunition cartridges, Anaconda marks the Hartford, Connecticut company's first entry into the popular big-bore magnum handgun market.
Built on a new and heavier 'MM' frame, the Anaconda is chambered in .44 Magnum cartridges such as the Smith & Wesson Model 29, Sturm, Ruger & Co.
